About this position

HumRRO is offering two doctoral fellowships for students working in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Educational Measurement and Evaluation. These awards are designed for PhD candidates who are actively progressing toward dissertation completion and whose dissertation topics have already been proposed and approved.

Each fellowship provides a non-renewable $18,000 stipend, paid in two installments (September and December). The program is intended to support dissertation research and recognizes strong academic achievement, research promise, and professional productivity. Recipients are also expected to present their research during a visit to HumRRO and may have additional opportunities to interact with staff.

Eligibility highlights: applicants must be doctoral candidates in I-O psychology or a closely related discipline, or in educational measurement and evaluation or a closely related discipline. Applicants should not be finished or near completion of the dissertation at the time of application. Finalists may be interviewed.

Application materials: completed application form, personal statement, curriculum vitae, three letters of recommendation, and an official transcript from each institution attended for graduate academic work.
