About this position
The Newton International Fellowship is a prestigious scheme from The Royal Society supporting early-career scientists from outside the UK to carry out research in the United Kingdom.
The fellowship is designed for non-UK researchers who want to establish or extend their research experience at a UK host organisation. It offers support for a two-year research stay and is intended for candidates working across the sciences, rather than a single discipline-specific project.
Successful fellows receive funding to help support their research activity in the UK, along with additional practical support such as relocation expenses and a contribution toward overheads at the host institution.
This is an international mobility-focused fellowship aimed at enabling talented researchers to develop their work within the UK research environment.
