Universal Technology And Management University (UTAMU) announces special offers for the May 2026 intake, providing affordable education through tuition waivers, discounts, and scholarship opportunities. Programmes span Business Administration, Education, Higher Education Certificate, Administrative Law, Legal Writing and Drafting, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Literacy, and Project Management Monitoring and Evaluation. UTAMU’s commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds is reflected in its financial incentives, enabling students to enroll and complete their studies without overwhelming financial stress.

UTAMU offers flexible teaching modes, blending face-to-face and virtual learning, facilitated by highly qualified professors and industry experts. Programmes are available at Certificate, Diploma, Undergraduate, Masters, and PhD levels, with special discounts for selected programmes. Tuition fees per semester are reduced for Bachelor of Business Administration (350,000 UGX), Bachelor of Education (400,000 UGX), Bachelor of Science with Education (400,000 UGX), Bachelor of Arts with Education (400,000 UGX), and Higher Education Certificate (100,000 UGX per semester). Certificate programmes in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Literacy, Administrative Law, Legal Writing and Drafting, and Project Management Monitoring and Evaluation are offered at discounted rates for the full programme.

Applicants can apply online, download and email the application form, or submit a hard copy to designated campuses. An application fee of 50,000 UGX is required, with payment instructions provided. The UTAMU Referral Programme offers UGX 30,000 for each new student referred.
