Applicants must hold a Master’s degree (preferably) in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Civil Engineering, Computational Mechanics, or an equivalent field. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with companies. The fellowship offers an initial contract of 12 months, extendable up to a maximum of 48 months after a positive evaluation. The fellowship amount is 100% of the net salary of an AAP member, determined by family status and seniority, and is free of personal income tax. Staff benefits include extensive training and education opportunities, 36 days of annual holiday leave, bicycle allowance, and eco vouchers. The contract will start on September 1st, 2026 at the earliest.
