Applicants must hold a Master degree or equivalent by the recruitment date and must not already possess a doctoral degree. Candidates of any nationality are eligible, but they must satisfy the MSCA mobility rule (not have resided or carried out their main activity in the recruiting country for more than 12 months in the 36 months before recruitment). A minimum English level of B2 is required, though some recruiting organizations may ask for higher. Relevant backgrounds include geophysics, geology, geosciences, environmental science, bioscience, civil engineering, physics, chemistry, biology, agronomy, computer science, data science, economics, or related fields. Experience with geophysical methods and data analysis, contamination/remediation, environmental chemistry, modelling, AI/ML, scientific programming (Python, R, MATLAB), laboratory experiments, or field investigations is an asset.
