Eligibility and Requirements: Applicants must hold a Master of Science or equivalent degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Energy Systems, or a closely related field. General entry requirements include completion of a second-cycle degree or at least 240 higher education credits, with credits at the second-cycle level, or equivalent knowledge. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required; knowledge of Swedish is considered a merit. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in energy technology, large language models (LLMs), deep learning, and Python programming. Additional qualifications such as knowledge in power engineering, power electronics, power system analysis, and experience in modelling, simulation, or experimental work are advantageous. Strong communication skills, motivation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.

Funding: The position offers full-time employment as a doctoral student for four years, with salary and benefits according to university regulations.
