About this position
VU People@Work at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam is hiring a postdoc to study meaningful work in organizations.
The project focuses on how to promote meaningful work so that individuals can flourish at work, build resilience in the face of the future of work, and contribute to their organizations. The post is especially relevant for candidates interested in organizational behavior, work and organizational psychology, and broader social science research on work, purpose, and organizational life.
The ideal candidate has experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods, has recently defended or is about to defend a PhD in a social science discipline, and is passionate about rigorous, independent research while also being a supportive team member.
