About this position
CEITEC MU at Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic is recruiting a Postdoc in (Un) Structural Biology of Wnt Signaling in the Konstantinos Tripsianes Research Group.
The project focuses on Wnt signaling and the central hub protein Dishevelled (DVL), with an emphasis on how conformational plasticity, intrinsic disorder, phosphorylation, partner binding, and liquid-liquid phase separation shape signal routing. The research combines structural biology and biophysics with biomolecular NMR, X-ray, cryo-EM, FRET, ITC, BLI, cellular readouts (TopFlash, BRET), and proteomics.
Applicants should hold a PhD (preferably in Life Sciences) and have experience in structural biology, biochemistry, and molecular biology methods, plus strong English communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Programming skills are considered an advantage.
