Postdoc in Sustainable Business Ecosystems, Circular Bioeconomy and Hydrogen Systems Technical University of Denmark in Denmark

DTU Entrepreneurship at the Technical University of Denmark is recruiting a 2.5-year postdoctoral researcher in sustainable business ecosystems. The project sits at the intersection of business ecosystems, industrial decarbonisation, bioeconomy, and hydrogen systems, with a strong focus on how regional actors, resources, and infrastructures can be connected into circular value chains.

The research context is Southern Denmark and the development of circular value chains for brown biorefining and hydrogen. The successful candidate will work directly with biomass conversion pathways, including pyrolysis and refining, as well as hydrogen and energy infrastructure systems and real industrial actors. This is a good fit for candidates interested in combining sustainability-oriented business research with technical and industrial system perspectives.

Eligibility: applicants should hold a PhD in entrepreneurship, sustainability innovation, energy systems, industrial engineering, or a related field. The post specifically seeks someone with a genuine interest in the technical side of bioenergy and hydrogen systems.

Supervision: the position will be supervised by Associate Professor Francesco Rosati within the research group at DTU Entrepreneurship.
