About this position
RIKEN’s Center for Emergent Matter Science is recruiting a Researcher / Postdoctoral Fellow for the Quantum Materials Creation Research Team in Wako, Saitama, Japan.
The project focuses on quantum materials, especially thin films and layered interfaces. The successful candidate will carry out experimental research on the synthesis and property measurement of thin films of quantum materials such as superconductors and topological magnets. The lab’s broader goals include developing thin-film fabrication techniques for materials with topological electronic states, clarifying the origins of their physical properties, and exploring new functions for low-power devices.
