📢 The International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology in Warsaw (IIMCB), Poland, is recruiting a Postdoctoral Researcher for a newly funded SONATA BIS project led by Lidia Wrobel, Group Leader.

The project investigates the role of the Ubiquitin–Proteasome System in ageing and neurodegeneration. The research combines human iPSC-derived neuronal models, patient-derived cells, and genome-wide CRISPR-Cas9 screening to study mechanisms underlying the decline of protein quality control during ageing and in neurodegenerative diseases, and to identify novel therapeutic targets.

This opportunity is especially relevant for candidates with interests in neuroscience, stem cell biology, functional genomics, and proteostasis.
