What's required

Preferred: publication, patent, or international conference presentation experience in optical fiber transmission, optical devices, or networks; experience in data center networks or network operation automation; ability to read technical documents and academic papers in English and produce technical documents; experience in collaborative or commissioned research with universities, companies, or government agencies. Candidates with R&D experience in optical communication/transmission/photonics, network equipment, or integration work are welcome, including postdocs and applicants with research achievements but no corporate experience.
