Friederike Zimmermann

Prof. Dr. Friederike Zimmermann is a faculty member at Kiel University in Germany. Her research focuses on affective-motivational competence in education, particularly in relation to beginning teachers' instructional quality and occupational well-being. She has conducted extensive studies on the perceptions of teachers regarding students with disabilities, the effects of students' emotional and behavioral disorders, and inclusive education for learners with general learning difficulties.
