His research focuses on historical imagination and the depiction of women in history, specifically within secondary education textbooks. Recent works include critical analyses of visual portrayals in educational materials and systematic reviews of social sciences textbooks in Spain. He actively engages in the design and implementation of historical imagination in primary education.
