You will be central to all stages of the project, from conceptual development and data collection to analysis and dissemination. The research is highly relevant for shaping future Open Science practices at universities and research organizations. Applicants must have a PhD in meta-science, science of science, STS, psychology, sociology, research methodology/statistics, philosophy of science, information science, or a related discipline. Methodological expertise in policy analysis, survey research, quantitative analysis, scientometrics, or stakeholder co-creation is required. Advanced proficiency in R and python for statistical and corpus analysis is essential. Candidates should demonstrate high-quality academic research outputs, project management skills, and excellent English communication and leadership abilities. Experience coaching Master's students and working in interdisciplinary teams is preferred.
