Methodological expertise in policy analysis, survey research, quantitative analysis, scientometrics, or stakeholder co-creation is required. Advanced proficiency in R and python for statistical and corpus analysis is essential. Candidates should demonstrate high-quality academic research outputs, project management skills, and excellent English communication and leadership abilities. Experience coaching Master's students and working in interdisciplinary teams is preferred. The position is full-time for 2 years, with a salary in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities (scale 10, €4,241–€5,538), plus a year-end bonus of 8.3% and annual vacation pay of 8%.
