Coventry University is recruiting two fully funded PhD students to work on a project focused on implementing strength and conditioning support in youth swimming, in collaboration with the City of Coventry Swimming Club. The research will center on the development and application of strength and conditioning programs for young swimmers, aiming to enhance their physical performance and support their athletic growth. The successful candidates will join Coventry University's Research and Innovation team and benefit from a collaborative environment with access to both academic and practical expertise. Applicants should have a background in sport and exercise science or a related discipline, with an interest in youth sport, swimming, or strength and conditioning.
