About this position

The FFC-French Society of Cardiology offers a research-focused Master 2 scholarship for projects related to cardiology, supporting work on the heart and blood vessels in France.

This funding is designed for medical trainees and early-career clinicians already embedded in French cardiovascular, vascular, or surgical departments. Successful applicants can pursue their own research topic within the broad field of cardiology, making the award suitable for clinically oriented projects connected to cardiovascular medicine, vascular medicine, thoracic and cardiovascular surgery, vascular surgery, or paediatric and congenital cardiology.

The scholarship is backed by the Fédération Française de Cardiologie, a major private funder of heart research in France, and is awarded competitively to a small number of candidates each year.

Funding details

€20,000 for one year; approximately 10 to 20 scholarships awarded each year.
