Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP)

Curtin University in Australia is advertising a fully funded PhD scholarship under the Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) for research in next-generation Artificial Intelligence.

The project is centered on Agentic AI, Edge Intelligence, and Sustainable AI Systems, with additional possible directions including Large Language Models (LLMs), Foundation Models, Edge Computing, Distributed AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI Systems Optimization. The aim is to develop intelligent, scalable, and energy-efficient AI solutions for real-world applications.

Applicants from Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply. Strong programming skills and prior research experience in AI or machine learning are highly desirable.

Funding includes full tuition fee coverage, an annual living stipend, research support funding, and access to world-class research facilities and international collaborations.
