Its research appears in leading journals such as Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, Management Science, Strategic Management Journal, and the Journal of International Business Studies. Faculty work is also supported by research centers in Healthcare, Construction, and Ocean Industries, which contribute data, sponsorship, workshops, and seminars. Selected candidates will work closely with faculty and may collaborate on ongoing research projects.

This is a four-year doctoral scholarship. The current funding level is NOK 623,200 per year, to be adjusted during 2027. The scholarship also includes automatic membership in the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund.
