Flinders University is advertising a PhD scholarship within the Talent Access Partnerships (TAP) initiative, a South Australian program based in Adelaide focused on creating employment opportunities for people with disability, with particular attention to autistic jobseekers.

Applicants should have Honours (1st or 2A) or a Masters with a research component in psychology, HR/business, social sciences, or disability studies. Interest in disability/autism employment, organisational change, or neurodiversity research is expected. Quantitative and/or qualitative skills are welcome, and mixed-methods training will be provided. Strong writing is important for the thesis-by-publication format, and retail/hospitality experience is highly regarded.
