In my group at the University of Strathclyde (Glasgow), we have an open PhD position on:

??“Imaging Approaches to Monitor and Optimise Solid Phase Oligonucleotide Synthesis”. ??

This means you’d be at the frontier of combining chemistry, chemical engineering, and computer vision to tackle one of today’s biggest challenges in therapeutic manufacturing.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

?? Developing non-invasive imaging methods to track each step of oligonucleotide synthesis

?? Using our Kineticolor®? software to uncover kinetic and structural insights in real time

?? Working in a multidisciplinary team where fundamental science meets industrial application

?? If you join us, you’ll gain:

• 3-year funded PhD
