About
Marieke Griffioen is an Associate Professor at Leiden University Medical Center in the Netherlands. Her research focuses on acute myeloid leukemia (AML), particularly investigating genetic mutations and their implications for immunotherapy, as well as the mechanisms of T cell responses in relation to histocompatibility antigens. Recent publications include work on single-cell resolution of NPM1-mutated AML and the development of automated manufacture techniques for TCR-engineered T cells aimed at AML therapy.
